Water/wastewater bills are distributed to anyone in North Perth who is using municipal services. This includes residents in Listowel, Atwood, Gowanstown and Molesworth. Bills are sent out bi-monthly and are based on a minimum flat rate plus consumption.

Payment Options

Payments can be made in-person during regular office business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) by cash, cheque or debit.

Other payment options include:

  • A drop-box is located at the Municipal Office Main Entrance for after-hours payments
  • Cheques made payable to "Municipality of North Perth" sent with payment stub to: Municipality of North Perth, 330 Wallace Avenue North, Listowel, ON N4W 1L3
  • Payments can be made at some local financial institutions
  • Telephone or Internet payments can be made through most financial institutions
  • Pre-authorized payment plans

Note: When signing up for online or telephone payments, select North Perth Water-Sewer as the payee, and your customer/account number will be the account number as it appears on your bill excluding the first zero 
(e.g. account number on bill: 0123456789 = customer/account number will be: 123456789)

Water Arrears Certificate

Water arrears certificates are available from the Municipality of North Perth upon written request for a fee of $20.00 per certificate.
