Current Budget

The new economics for municipal governments is to plan for sustainability; the days of grant funding from the federal and provincial levels of governments have been substantially reduced.

In an effort to plan for the future management of the assets and services for which the Municipality of North Perth Council is responsible, life cycle budgeting is being introduced as part of the process. This course of action is being phased in as the data is available and as the tax levy and fees charged are gradually increased to a sustainable amount.
