Minor Variances

Minor Variances allow some flexibility within the requirements specified in the Town’s Zoning By-law. The Committee of Adjustment reviews Minor Variance applications and may grant permission to vary the By-law provisions which apply to a specific property.

The Committee of Adjustment usually meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Applications must be submitted at least fifteen days prior to the date of the meeting. Information on the minor variance process and application forms can be obtained at the Municipality of North Perth office during regular office hours or by using the links below.
