Official Plans

The Official Plans contain objectives and policies established primarily to provide guidance for the physical development of a municipality or a part thereof or any area that is without municipal organization, while having regard to relevant social, economic and environmental matters.

Currently the Municipality of North Perth falls under two Official Plans; Municipality of North Perth (Listowel Ward) Official Plan and the County of Perth Official Plan (Elma & Wallace Ward).

These documents are available at the Municipality of North Perth Municipal Office.

Official Plan Amendments may be obtained from time to time by following the applicable amendment process. Information of these processes and application forms can be obtained at the Municipality of North Perth office during regular office hours or by using the links below.
