How to Pay Your Property Tax and Water/Sewer Bill

Payment at Town Office - upstairs, Treasury Department

• There is an overnight drop box located at the front entrance for after hour payments.

Payment by mail

• Make cheques payable to: "Municipality of North Perth"
  330 Wallace Ave. N., Listowel ON., N4W 1L3

Payment by telephone banking or internet

• Contact your financial institution for further information.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

• Download Preauthorized Payment Authorization Form (PDF)
• Each bill rendered will be deducted from your chequing account on the due date.
• If you receive a statement that you disagree with, automatic processing of the payment can be stopped upon immediate notification to our office.
• You can cancel your participation five business days prior to due date.
• Your statement will indicate your participation in the pre-authorized plan.
• Please continue to pay your account in the usual manner until your statement indicates otherwise.
• Once you are a participant in this plan, please notify us immediately if there is a change in your bank account.
