BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Fill out application; any questions ask the Secretary or Chief Building Official.
2. Require a Site Plan.
3. Require 2 sets of construction plans (one will be returned with the building permit).
4. Submit payment with application.
ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT
After receipt of the building permit application, the Building Official reviews the application, site plan and construction plans. If everything is in order, the building permit will be issued and the applicant will be notified (time frame – two weeks).

All services (telephone/hydro poles, fire hydrants, service boxes, curbs, culverts, sewers, and water supply, septic system, well, etc. 18. Distance to nearest neighbour’s residence (livestock expansions) 19. Number of livestock to be housed in new facility 20. Right-of Ways – Easements 21. Distance to municipal drains or open ditches | |
