Site Plan Agreements

Site plan Agreements are documents registered on a property defining the location of structures, parking areas, wells, lot grading, drainage, trees, fences etc. Applications are available at the Municipal Office during regular office hours or from the links below. These agreements are required prior to issuance of building permits for commercial/industrial zones, institutional zones and residential dwelling containing three or more units.
