Water Bill e-Billing

Please be advised that customers who are registered for e-Billing may have received their North Perth water invoice multiple times this week. If you have not received your invoice, please check your junk folder and add us to your safe list. This invoice will be issued by Hannah Haid, Finance Assistant. If you cannot find your invoice in your inbox or junk folder, please call us at 519-292-2046.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor whether or not their water invoice has been received. Failure to receive an invoice does not excuse the customer from payment or applicable interest. Water bills are issued bi-monthly and due by the 15th of the following month.
