Notice of Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment
TAKE NOTICE a statutory public meeting is scheduled for November 20, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held in-person at 330 Wallace Avenue North, Listowel and remotely to discuss a proposed Amendment to the North Perth Zoning By-law affecting property located at Pt Lot 22, Concession 4, Elma Ward, Municipality of North Perth (5621 Line 81), Municipality of North Perth (Application # Z11-2023).
The owners have submitted all information and fees required to consider the application, and the municipality has deemed the application to be complete. The Amendment is being considered in accordance with the Planning Act R.S.O 1990 and Ontario Regulation 545/06.
Purpose and Effect:
The applicants have submitted two applications (An Official Plan Amendment OPA No. 219 & a Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-11-2023). The subject notice is regarding ZBA-11-2023).
