Slow down the art of creating and join us as we experiment with slow stitch techniques. Join us for both!

Slow Stitching:  The Movement
It is the process if sitting quietly watching the needle pull through the fabric - it makes you more 
conscious of the moment you are in, it slows you down and a sense of stillness will settle over you.
Slow stitching encourages mindfulness, relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety in your life.
