Registering Online:
- A separate registration form is required for each participant and program
- Prior to submitting online registration; ensure you have clicked and registered for the appropriate:
- Program, Date & Location
- Review information prior to submitting the form:
- Address: Include Postal Code
- Primary Phone Number: This number will be used for communication as the primary contact and in emergency situations
- Emergency Name & Contact Number: Please list an additional contact name and number. If staff are unable to reach the parent/guardian at the primary number provided this additional number will be used
- Date of Birth: Ensure the appropriate year is entered for registrant
Invoices & Payments:
- Registered programs are considered paid programs at time of registration and will be applied to your account.
- Pre-payment is required for all registered programs.
- Registered program fees will be applied at the time of registration and remain on your account for payment.
- We are not able to accept cancellations and/or provide refunds or credits for programs due to illness, vacation or other events.
