The Council of the Municipality of North Perth met on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the North Perth Council Chambers (330 Wallace Ave N, Listowel) and livestreamed to YouTube.

Council Meeting Highlights – April 13, 2026

• Council deferred a decision regarding the 2026 Council Remuneration Market Review report.
• The 2025 Annual Sustainability Report was received, providing an overview of North Perth’s sustainability initiatives and achievements in 2025.
• The Northeast Development Area Phase 2 Construction tender was awarded to iN4Structure Ltd.
• Council approved the 2027-2029 pre-budget commitments for the Northeast Development Area Phase 2 project.
• GEI Consultants Inc. were awarded the engineering services for the Northeast Development Area Phase 2 project.
• Staff were directed to gather statics and engage in public consultation regarding the proposed urban settlement speed reduction in North Perth.

The next regular Council meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Municipality of North Perth Council Chambers and livestreamed to YouTube.

Meeting Information

The Municipality of North Perth Council meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated. 

Meetings are livestreamed on the Municipality’s YouTube channel and recordings will be available for viewing following each Council meeting. 

Council agendas and previous meeting minutes are posted on the Thursday prior to the Council Meeting and are available on the Municipality’s website or by contacting Legislative Services Staff at clerks@northperth.ca.
