  • 2026 Mayor’s Budget Amendments Adopted

    North Perth, April 14, 2026 – The Municipality of North Perth is advising residents that the 2026 Budget Amendment has been officially adopted following the completion of the Strong Mayor Powers legislative process under the Municipal Act, 2001.

    The amendment updates the 2026 Budget to reflect finalized cost information received after the original budget approval in December 2025. These updates primarily relate to externally controlled services, including the Ontario Provincial Police contract and the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority levy.

    TAKE NOTICE a statutory public meeting is taking place to discuss a proposed Amendment Zoning By-law affecting the property described above. The application was deemed complete on March 4, 2025 pursuant to Section 34 (10.4) of the Planning Act in accordance with the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. O. Reg. 545/06 s. 5
