The Council of the Municipality of North Perth met on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the North Perth Council Chambers (330 Wallace Ave N, Listowel) and livestreamed to YouTube.

Council Meeting Highlights – July 6, 2026

• Council adopted the 2026-2031 IT Master Plan, which establishes a strategic framework for technology governance and decision-making across the organization.
• Council approved minor improvements to the Logan-Maitland Drain and major improvements to the Pfeifer, Inglis, McCourt A Branch, Hollatz, and Lannin Municipal Drains.
• Council supported consent application B16-26 affecting 740 Elma Street West to sever the subject lands to create a residential building lot for the future construction of a four-unit building.
• Council supported consent application B17-26 affecting 680 Wallace Avenue South to merge the subject lands with adjacent property for the development of a future residential property.

The next regular Council meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Municipality of North Perth Council Chambers and livestreamed to YouTube.

Meeting Information

The Municipality of North Perth Council meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated. 

Meetings are livestreamed on the Municipality’s YouTube channel and recordings will be available for viewing following each Council meeting. 

Council agendas and previous meeting minutes are posted on the Thursday prior to the Council Meeting and are available on the Municipality’s website or by contacting Legislative Services Staff at clerks@northperth.ca.
