The Council of the Municipality of North Perth met on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the North Perth Council Chambers (330 Wallace Ave N, Listowel) and livestreamed to YouTube.

Council Meeting Highlights – June 22, 2026

• Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment ZN 6-2026, submitted by Community Living North Perth, to facilitate a residential care facility at 530 Main Street West.
• Council advised the Land Division Committee that the Municipality of North Perth is in support of the application affecting Part Lots 27 & 30, Reg. Plan 185, Listowel Ward (Elma Street West) to sever a residential parcel in order to make each semi-detached unit separately conveyable.
• The Municipality of North Perth assumed the services of the Hannah’s Haven subdivision.

The next regular Council meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the Municipality of North Perth Council Chambers and livestreamed to YouTube.

Meeting Information

The Municipality of North Perth Council meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated. 

Meetings are livestreamed on the Municipality’s YouTube channel and recordings will be available for viewing following each Council meeting. 

Council agendas and previous meeting minutes are posted on the Thursday prior to the Council Meeting and are available on the Municipality’s website or by contacting Legislative Services Staff at clerks@northperth.ca.
