Council Meeting Highlights – October 5, 2026
- Council considered the Hollatz Municipal Drain report and scheduled the Court of Revision for November 9, 2026.
- Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment 13-2026 to add a ‘Special Events Facility’ to the list of permitted uses on a property in Wallace Ward.
- Council supported an extension of draft plan approval for Plan of Subdivision NP 18-03, submitted by Dallmitch Holdings Ltd.
- Council approved the exemption of part lot control for applications PLC-3-2026 and PLC 4-2026, submitted on behalf of Marcru Corp, for townhouse developments in Listowel.
- Council appointed Spriet Associates to design and prepare a report for the Murray Municipal Drain and Neabel Municipal Drain.
- Council received the Housing Acceleration Opportunity Scan Final Report and endorsed priority housing opportunities for future investigation, partnership development and action planning.

Meeting Information
The Municipality of North Perth Council meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
Meetings are livestreamed on the Municipality’s YouTube channel and recordings will be available for viewing following each Council meeting.
Council agendas and previous meeting minutes are posted on the Thursday prior to the Council Meeting and are available on the Municipality’s website or by contacting Legislative Services Staff at clerks@northperth.ca.
