Notice of Construction - Nichol Park

The Municipality of North Perth is pleased to advise area residents that construction of Nichol Park, located at 1098 Twamley St West. is scheduled to begin Monday, September 28, 2026.

Construction will continue through the fall, with the park anticipated to open to the public in Spring 2027.

For safety reasons, the park lands will remain closed to the public throughout construction. This will allow the contractor to complete the work safely and provide sufficient time for turf and landscaping to become established before the park opens.

During construction, nearby residents can expect to see construction vehicles and equipment accessing the site and may experience some construction-related noise.

Please do not enter or use the park lands while construction is underway.
