How to Register

Child Care Applications

To add your child to the list for North Perth's child care services, please follow the steps below:

• Apply to the Wait List by visiting www.OneHSN.com/stratford to create your account
• Complete an application for the child care program(s) that best meet the needs of your family
• When a space becomes available, a child care provider will contact you directly to advise you of next steps
• If you have any questions regarding the waitlist please email the site supervisor at the centre and allow for 48 hours for a response.
