Paying Property Taxes

We offer a number of payment options. Payments must be received by the due date to avoid penalty.

Please note: A $10.00 transfer fee will be applied to any payments made to incorrect accounts.

Pre-authorized Payment Plans

We offer two types of pre-authorized payment plans for property taxes:

Equal monthly payments based on annual taxes. Payments will automatically be withdrawn from your account on the 15^th of the month or on the next business day or the instalment due dates in March, June, September and November (third Wednesday of the month).
Instalment payments on instalment due dates. The instalment will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account on the third Wednesday of March, June, September and November.

Electronic Payments

Telephone or internet payments can be made through most financial institutions. Select “North Perth Taxes” as the payee. The account number is the full roll number on your tax bill.

Credit Card Payments

We accept payment by credit card for property taxes, water/sewer invoices, and accounts receivable invoices. The button below will take you to the eCommerce page where you may register for this service and make a payment.

A convenience charge per transaction will apply as this service is administered through a third party.

Please note it may take up to 7 business days to process transactions made using this method. We are in the process of upgrading this system and will change our information once this has happened.
