Emergency Services and Safety

North Perth receives police services from the Ontario Provincial Police. There is a North Perth Police Detachment Office located at 330 Wallace Avenue North, Listowel.

North Perth receives paramedic services from the Perth County Paramedic Services. The Listowel Memorial Hospital provides hospital services, including 24-hour emergency services.

The North Perth Fire Department  provides fire protection services to the community from it's three stations in Listowel, Atwood, and Monkton.

The Emergency Management program is unified, covering the County of Perth and its four member municipalities, on a shared services basis. A vital aspect of the County's program is public education and awareness.
