  • Energy – Hydro One and Union Gas provide electricity and natural gas services for the Municipality of North Perth.
  • Telecommunications – There are various telecommunication companies in the area to provide cable and high-speed internet to North Perth. The urban area of Listowel has access to fibre connectivity.
  • Water and Wastewater – Municipal water and wastewater services are available in Atwood, Listowel, Gowanstown, and Molesworth. North Perth operates a Wastewater Treatment Plant, located just outside of Listowel. Recent WWTP Upgrades have increased the sustainability and efficiency of our wastewater treatment services and support further efforts to increase the hydraulic capacity of the WWTP.

The Four County Labour Market Planning Board works with business, workforce and community organizations to plan and initiate projects and programs that address workforce development needs in Bruce, Grey, Huron and Perth Counties. They provide reliable research, identify employment trends, target workforce opportunities, promote skills development, and raise public awareness of workforce issues.
